sell (something) again after having bought it
"After buying the vintage watch at the estate sale, she decided to resell it online for a higher price."
To sell again.
"He bought the vintage watch at a garage sale just to resell it for a profit later."
Resell comes from the prefix re- combined with sell. It originally meant to sell something again.
